To connect your Ethernet make sure that your ethernet cable is fully plugged into your router, then make sure it is fully plugged into the bottom port of your AXIBO. NOTE: DO NOT plug your Ethernet into any of the other ports. After this make sure that your router is turned on and plugged in fully. If it still doesn't work, then try the steps above with a different Ethernet cable.
Won't Turn On with Battery
If your AXIBO won't turn on with batteries make sure that your batteries are fully charged. Also, it is important to make sure that your batteries are plugged in fully.

Make sure that the plug you are using is a 12V plug. Make sure that the plug is plugged into the wall correctly. Also, make sure that the cord plugged into the wall is also fully plugged into the power brick. If your AXIBO won't turn on with batteries, make sure that your batteries are fully charged. Also, it is important to make sure that your batteries are plugged in fully.
Axes Not Detected
Check to make sure that your axes are fully plugged in. Make sure that none of the axes are plugged into the bottom Ethernet port. If it is still not working, then go to settings and under the health check section check if the "Motion" status is active. If it isn't, then press the restart button. If there are no changes then power cycle your unit.

Doesn't Charge Batteries or Batteries are Not Hot Swappable
AXIBO's batteries are not hot swappable. If you are in the middle of a shoot or way point and do not have AXIBO Plugged in, then do not try to hot swap your batteries because your AXIBO will be turned off.

If your OLED keeps turning off, don't worry. Your AXIBO has not turned off. The OLED screen will power back up when any of the buttons are pressed. This is just used to prolong the lifespan of the OLED screen
Mounting AXIBO Pan Tilt Slider Unit
The AXIBO slider has three mounting points; two on either ends and one in the middle. If your AXIBO is leaning as it moves from side to side when it is mounted on the middle mounting point, there is a good chance that the tripod you are using is not rated for a heavy load. If this is the case, use the two side mounting points for a stable experience.
Pan Axis Skipping But The Tilt Isn't
If your pan axis keeps skipping, but your tilt axis isn't, make sure that the locking screw on the side of the pan (shown below) is loosened. If it isn't loosened, then it will constrict the pan's movement keeping it from turning.
